Of course our AC went out as soon as the brutal heat began. Ryan came to the house the same day and was able diagnose the problem and get to successfully pull through over the weekend until he was able to get the proper parts to fix it! Works great again now!!! Ryan was so kind, knowledgeable, professional and he loved on my pups 😀. Fast service and very reasonable prices! Highly recommend this company and I think Ryan should get a raise!!

Our 15 year old heater developed cracks in the fire chamber and could be replaced but our A/C used a fluid that is no longer allowed and the old unit was super loud because of a single speed fan. We got a quote from our regular service company to replace the system and after sitting down again, called DML for a second opinion. We signed up with DML because we got better equipment with a longer warranty, faster installation and all for less money. And.... Calvin their estimator was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Welcome to Idaho of old. We are very pleased and love the quiet of our new system with a variable speed fan. One of our ac units started leaking and water was soaking the carpet. Of course it was after hours but when I called Chris was so great, and was here in less than an hour. He had it fixed and double checked all the other units, even checked the drain lines under the house and rescued the cat from the crawl space for us.
