Doug LaMott
Doug LaMott is a third generation HVAC technician. He graduated from Boise State University and then worked with his father and brothers in the family HVAC business for decades. In the spring of 2020, Doug began a new adventure, owning and operating DML. In his free time Doug enjoys mountain and road biking and cheering in the stands at any Boise State arena with his wife Sheri. Together they take their dogs on all of their adventures.
Alex V.
Alex is DML’s controller and brings well-rounded skills to handle company financial practices. Through the past year Alex has developed new operating procedures which has streamlined our accounting processes and allowed our company to run more efficiently behind the scenes. In his free time he loves spending time with his wife, and four kids- the recent addition of twins. He enjoys biking, climbing, and cheering on the Broncos!
Bill Henning
Bill has worked for 29-years in the Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) business. Bill has managed commercial and residential service and maintenance departments as well as has extensive experience in commercial sales and replacements.
Along with his state licenses and national certifications, Bill has training from Carrier, Lennox, Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, and many other HVAC brands. Bill has spent time giving back to the industry volunteering as the chairman of the Technical Action Committee for the State of Idaho Division of Building Safety HVAC Apprenticeship Program.
When Bill is not working, he enjoys time with his wife Ann, 2 children and 3 grandchildren. They enjoy camping, mountain biking, motorcycle riding, jet skiing and riding snowmobiles.
